We're all so busy with our own things and getting sure we don't miss something more fun then what you planned to do tonight. We must and shall have the time of our lives, right now, no we can't miss a thing.
Fomo, also known as Fear Of Missing Out. The most occuring syndrome for us youngsters.
It´s almost an epidemic, I see it al around me. This got me really thinking, do I also pariticpate in this whole social thing?
Do I? In some sort I do participate in this. For example, when I'm planning to go out, I never say fully yes to somebodu who is asking me to go with them. I always answer with 'maybe', I have to look what I going to do but it seems fun... Am I waiting to see what is more fun to do? or is it just because I really can't decide because I'm a truely a doubter. Let I be honest I just admit that the bigger part of me does this because I want to see of there is something else to do. Just to neutralize things I've became aware of this and I'm trying to be more straight forward and just make a decision to go or not.
